Old Wiring Replacement
Aluminum branch wiring (common in South Florida homes built 1965–1973) and knob-and-tube (in older bungalows and historic homes) are both insurable risks. Many carriers in Florida won't write or renew a policy on a home with either one.
We perform full and partial rewires, including listed pigtail repair with COPALUM or AlumiConn connectors when a full rewire isn't the right call. Every job comes with a written work order you can hand directly to your insurance carrier.
Where we can, we fish new wire through existing walls — minimizing drywall damage. Where we can't, we mark drywall cuts carefully so your drywall finisher (or ours) has the easiest possible patch.
Permits & Inspection
Any work that changes circuits or service capacity needs a permit. We pull the permit, manage the city or county inspection, and only consider the job done once your local AHJ signs off.
